Ok, so the second day of my challenge. I ran and did the exercises yesterday.  Today I only did the exercises. I feel that it’s a reasonable goal. A little bit low maybe. But I don’t think it matters, because it gives room for mistakes.

I can probably reach the goal halfway if I stick to it. But I know I won’t. For example today I didn’t feel like running today so I only did the exercises. It was ok.

Gonna get back to the study challenges later.  As I said I don’t really feel like doing anything at the moment.
